Necessity is the mother of all invention.
Aptus was born when co-founders Chris and David required electrical works in their own home.
When sourcing electrical devices we noticed what a long time is spent waiting in large shops and sifting through all the possible options. We decided to streamline this process.
Our aim is to make life easier for our clients, assure them of the quality they are receiving and save them money.
We decided to set-up a company that brings the factory to your door. All our brands are sourced directly from the manufacturer, imported in bulk and delivered by us to our customers.

All items we sell are CE marked with EN standards and international (TUV/Intertek) independent testing.
But we don't stop there. We personally contact these international testing facilities to confirm the test results provided by the manufacturer and we then test the products again locally. Independent engineers in Malta have tested our electrical devices and confirmed their excellent quality. We have also sampled every single order we received and taken random items apart and tested them. Nothing sold by Aptus will be of inferior quality,and that is why we offer full return guarantees on all our products.

We aim to strengthen ourselves by aligning our goals to those of our local partners. In order to do this we must remain flexible and adaptable. The benefit of being a lean company is our ability to operate in any climate and market.
We keep our costs down, eliminate unnecessary overheads and deal locally with the right distributors. We flex our supply and sales operations to suit the distributor and therefore identify unique opportunities for mutual growth and benefit.
